Global Container Services operates an On-Line Tracking system Multifreight, which is linked to our in-house computer system.
As long as you are a customer of ours, you can apply for on-line access to your shipments 24/7, import and export, sea and air freight.
Details displayed includes:
- Shipment details such as number of packages, weight and volume.
- Any required reference numbers.
- Vessel name, ETD and ETA dates.
- Booked delivery date.
Information which is uploaded on our system is automatically displayed to you. We can also upload documents to the system such as the Bill of Lading, you can also upload documents for us such as commercial invoice and packing list.
