We are currently facing shipping delays in Rotterdam which is impacting on vessel arrival times into the UK, where the service calls into Rotterdam first.
Hutchinson Ports are currently in dispute over pay with the labour unions, strikes on 9th and 10th of February has led to a significant slowdown in operations. The terminal operated at less than 50% of its regular productivity.
This has impacted in turnaround time for ship owners and in turn is disrupting normal schedules.
